GOSH Pressed Face Powder 03 Warm Sand

A few weeks ago, i went on a little mission to  find a new face powder, i had been using the MUA one till of late, and i really do love that one, it gave me great coverage and the shine was gone, but it didn't last as long as maybe I'd hoped.. If you want no shine then with MUA you have to keep re-applying. I have a very greasy T-zone, no where else gets it but my T-zone, so having a great face powder with long lasting effects is what I'm all about! (Although no body wants to look dry skinned either, like they have cake dough on their face, but there's a happy balance..) So i saw this little beauty.. The GOSH Face powder, in shade 03 Warm Sand.

The packaging is simple but its what drew me in, the simplicity of all of it.. so i purchased.

It comes with this little puff, but if your like me, i took it out instantly and prefer to use my big powder brush. It also come Compaq with a little mirror but again if your like me, those mirrors don't get much use unless its to apply the powder while out somewhere, other then that a big old mirror works better.

The shade on the tips of my finger, looks almost yellow-ish/cream-ish, but rest assured once applied to the face, it does not make you look like you belong in "The Simpson's". I had once heard through the brand "Models Prefer" something to do with, a yellow based fused powder and how its amazing, and how the yellow helps tone down any redness you may have etc. Well this isn't "Models Prefer" and i am yet to try it, but this one ain't too bad either.

GOSH says, Thanks to a.o. shark oil, which is of course synthetically made, GOSH PRESSED POWDER gives the skin a very soft, velvet glow. The end result is a matte finish. Apply the powder either with the enclosed GOSH powder puff, or use the big POWDER BRUSH. The GOSH PRESSED POWDER is also fragrance-free

Ana says, This face powder makes me feel more confidant about my imperfections under it, I'm not worried about them coming through to show everyone as i feel i have a good amount of coverage. Its one of the best that i have tried, but it may not work for every skin type and it may not be the most amazing face powder ever, but at the price your paying.. you cant really fault it. It does give off a matte finish which can last for quiet a while before you start to see any shine starting to shine though. It glides on to the skin leaving it feeling light and soft, no need to feel caked in make up. I apply the powder using a big powder brush as I'm not comfortable using a Puff, however, each to their own taste, i do however think that even though this powder is light to the skin, there is a thing as over doing it and applying too much, using the puff may not give off that light, and soft feeling, it may give off a slightly more creamed and thick feel to the skin, (at least it did when i tried with the puff) but again try it your way to see what works best for you.
